Recline under a canopy while warm mists of steam float over you, lulling you into relaxed reverie while aiding detoxification and circulation. The steam is followed by hydrosols and dry toweling. Without leaving the treatment table, a 75-minute massage begins.

When the weather or a cold brings on the sniffles and blahs, treat yourself to the warmth of an herbal foot bath, shoulder pack, hot stone booties, warm herbal mitts, soothing herbal compresses for your upper chest and face, a warm pack on your abdomen, and shoulder and decollete massage with decongesting aromatherapy oils.
